This project was 4 years in the making, during the height of Covid. New owners loved the location, but nothing about the home was what they considered their style. We gutted it inside and out, and put it back together in a totally re-imagined way, showcasing the lake views, opening up the floorplan to allow flow of natural light and activities from one room to the next. Key elements are the new, open floating staircase to the lower level, the monolithic fireplace open all the way, anchoring the adjacent kitchen and living rooms, the high-function kitchen and the lower level bar/kitchenette. A family dream home for years to come!
